  1. To visit corporates in area allocated to him (Location: Kanpur)
  2. To visit 5-6 new accounts per day (according to < 3 months and >3 months).
  3. Each BDM will be given 100 accounts to be visited which are potential accounts.
  4. To close 4-6 Accounts Per Month (According to <3 months and > 3 months).
  5. To sell with proper Plan mix.
  6. To give minimum 1 Feasibility per week through CS3.
  7. To give minimum 1 Lead for new products per week.
  8. To take TL for joint calls with corporates once in a week.
  9. To fill up the DSR & Account cards On Daily Basis.
  10. To follow HSW rigorously and be updated on all HSW updates.
